4. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain full ownership of all content created or stored within Fiscoro. By using the Services, you grant QuantamNext a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and process your data solely for internal operational purposes, such as improving service quality and providing technical support. We do not sell your personal or business information to third parties.

5. Device Permissions

To provide core functionality, Fiscoro may request certain device permissions. Below is a description of how each permission is used:

Camera

Used to capture images of bills, receipts, and relevant documents to be attached with transactions or used during KYC verification.

Contacts

Used to sync contact information between mobile and desktop, and to identify potential buyers or suppliers already using Fiscoro. Contact names, numbers, and personal details are not uploaded to our servers without explicit consent.

Storage

Used to securely save documents and other files required for application or document management within the app.

Location

Collected to verify the User’s current location, ensure service availability, and detect fraudulent activity. Location is not tracked while the app is in the background.

SMS

Used to read financial SMS messages (e.g., bank alerts) to help automatically categorize expenses, income, and transactions. OTP or personal messages are never read or stored.

Device & Personal Information

Used to uniquely identify the device and prevent unauthorized access. Information collected includes hardware model, OS version, IMEI, and network details.

Installed Applications

A list of installed application metadata (name, package name, version) may be collected to understand the User’s profile for credit eligibility assessment.

6. Data Security

QuantamNext takes the security of your personal and business data seriously. We implement the following measures to protect your information:
