Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your Fiscoro account and the business data stored with it. You do not need to be signed in.
Export your records before you request this
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your invoices, GST records and other accounting documents will no longer be available to you or to us. Indian businesses are generally required to retain tax records for several years, so download everything you need from your account first.
What gets deleted
- Your login credentials and user profile
- Your organization profile, settings and team invitations
- Customers, vendors, products, categories and inventory records
- Invoices, proforma invoices, quotations, packing lists, and sales & purchase orders
- Uploaded files and documents generated from your account
What we keep, and for how long
- Usage logs — up to 3 months
- Transactional logs — up to 6 months
- Event data — up to 12 months
- Records we are required to keep under applicable Indian law, including tax and GST records — for the period the law prescribes
Retention periods follow our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
We action verified requests within 30 days. We may reply from [email protected] to confirm the request came from the account owner before we delete anything. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account ends it — remaining time is not refunded unless required by law.
